Refund policy

At D&H George Ltd. (Easterbrooks / Handmade Welsh Candle), we hope that you will love your purchase! Should you not be entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Window & Conditions

You may return your purchase for a full refund provided that:

  • The goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • You notify us of your intent to return the item within 21 days of receiving your order.

  • The goods are returned at your own expense. We strongly advise you to obtain a proof of postage certificate, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Please Note: We cannot accept items for a refund if they have been used, lit, or are returned in a condition different from how they were originally sent to you.

Delivery Discrepancies

When we pack your order, we include a delivery note. If for any reason the items or quantities you receive do not match your delivery note, please contact us immediately at hello@welshcandle.co.uk or call 01656 667510.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We are so sorry if there is a problem with a product. Because our candles and products are handmade, variations occur, but they should never arrive broken. If an item is damaged in transit, please email hello@welshcandle.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as a priority.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
