Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
1. Processing & Dispatch Times

Standard Periods: We aim to pack and post all in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your payment.

Peak Periods: During exceptionally busy seasons (such as Christmas), please allow up to 14 days for dispatch. We hand-pour our candles in small batches, and we appreciate your patience during these times!
Need it for a specific date? If you are shopping for a birthday, anniversary, or specific event, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to arrange a premium or guaranteed next-day delivery service for you (please note an additional courier fee may apply).
2. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
If you live locally or are visiting Bridgend, you can bypass shipping entirely by collecting your order directly from our high street shop.
3. Sending as a Gift?
Our products make wonderful gifts! We are happy to ship your purchase directly to the recipient.

Simply input the recipient's address in the Delivery Address section at checkout.

Make sure your own details are entered in the Billing Address section.

We will ensure all billing and pricing invoices are sent to your email address, so the price remains a secret from the person opening the parcel.
