Join us at The Home of Handmade Welsh Candle, Easterbrooks in Bridgend on Saturday 1st August 2026 at 3pm for an immersive, hands-on workshop where you’ll experience the joy of crafting your own home fragrance.

Whether you’re looking for a creative afternoon, to make a unique gift for someone, or a fun way to spend time with friends, our workshop offers the perfect escape.

Guided by our Steven - our candle maker, you will learn the craft behind Handmade Welsh Candle and discover how to create your own soy wax candle and wax melts.

What’s Included

• Expert Instruction: Step-by-step guidance through the entire candle-pouring process.

• Materials & Equipment: All high-quality soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and wicks are provided.

• Your Creation: You will take home 1 x soy wax tin candle and 2 x soy wax melts that you have poured yourself.

• Refreshments: Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, or a soft drink during the class.

Workshop Details

• Duration: 90 Minutes.

• Location: Easterbrooks, Rhiw Shopping Centre, Bridgend, CF31 3BL

• Capacity: 6 people per session (intimate group settings).

Important Information

• Collection: As our soy candles require time to cure perfectly, your creations will be ready to collect the following week or you are welcome to have your creations shipped to you for a small charge.

• Safety & Comfort: Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and sensible clothing. All safety equipment is provided. Please bear in mind you will be using hot wax to make your creations.

• Age Restriction: This workshop is suitable for ages 18+

• Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

• Cancellations: We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund or to transfer your booking to another date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
